In
Brief
St
Agnes' Primary School Violin Project is an initiative
bringing the opportunity of learning a musical instrument to every
child in the school regardless of ability of pay. More than
400 children and secondary students are learning music through the
programme. Parents/guardians do not pay for tuition or
use of instruments.The
project continues to support secondary school students as they move on
with loan of instruments, lessons provided in St Agnes' school, and
support
for their membership of an orchestra. St
Agnes/Scoil Colm Primary School Orchestra was
initiated in 2007, and involves children in the two schools who
wish to further their musical experience beyond the classroom.

St
Agnes' Music Crumlin chooses D'Addario Prelude strings.
These are solid steel core strings, unaffected by temperature and
humidity changes and have excellent bow response. Prelude strings have
the warmest sound available in an economy, solid steel core string
design.
