A day to remember - RTE Vanbrugh String Quartet visit St Agnes!
Van unpacking
Words and pictures don't begin to do justice to this amazing day when the RTE Vanbrugh String Quartet came to St Agnes. The St Agnes' quartets from 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class were invited, along with their parents and some very keen players from other classes. Every seat in the cookery room was filled. The programme included Bartok, Borodin, Shostakovitch! After the concert, the quartet was literally mobbed as the children asked for autographs.
